Intern Campaign Development, Coordination & Growth
Suigeneris is a premium arty liquor brand. We seek a MBO+ or HBO intern who truly understands our consumers. Affinity with modern arts, niche cultures, street & high fashion, cosmopolitans, funky crypto-users and such is a plus. Your are commercially smart. You have capabilities to and experience in using (pro) creative programmes. You use (some) socials (Instagram/TikTok/Pinterest/Linkedin/Youtube, etc.) yourself very regularly, so you know the ins and outs quite well and understand the "cultures" & "hacks" behind it. We do need persons who are self-driven and self-motivated and can think further then their own hands. True dedicated asset to the team with a major willingness to learn. Language skills: English creative professional use a must, (near) native a plus, Dutch sufficiency a plus.
Conditions at Suigeneris
Suigeneris is part of the Golden Arch Distillery Amsterdam, fully licensed. We have embraced hybrid working conditions. That means we work most of the time remote (digitally) and gather a few times per month physically in Amsterdam or Harderwijk (Gld) in the Netherlands for various creative and strategic sessions. Remuneration: all our interns get reasonable internship remuneration for their efforts. Language company: Dutch & English, external communications mostly English. We are internationally focused and have the intentions to work in various EU markets over time.
Responsibilities
Be a campaigns development assistant to the marketing director and the external company.
Do trend analyses, give insights and creative input that contribute to our main campaigns;
Create your own small independently flanking campaigns in consultation;
Researching, selecting & applying suitable online growth hacking tactics for all the campaigns;
Make gap analyses on media usage and content development taken the various competitors in the market in account;
Contribute effectively to a social media content strategy;
Assist the company with corporate communication alignment tasks.
